BITS publishes an Annual Report following each Annual General Meeting, providing a full account of the Society's activities, finances, and governance.
About Our Annual Reports
In accordance with the BITS Constitution (Article 6.2.2), the Society's annual reports are ratified at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year. The reports cover:
- President's report and message to members
- Summary of the Society's activities and programmes for the year
- Membership statistics and updates
- Financial statements and auditor's report
- Sub-committee reports
- Key achievements and challenges
